1-on-1 Training
IN PERSON.
Choose between 45min or 1hr sessions.
Custom programming based on your goals! Whether you want to focus on strength training, weight loss or athletic development - each session will consist of a short warmup/mobility before getting into the main lift, followed by a short cooldown.
Ranges from: $65 - $75 per session (plus HST).

1-on-2 Training
IN PERSON.

Similar to 1-on-1 training, however you're coming in with a partner! This can be helpful with motivation, discipline and consistency, and can be more affordable.
Ranges from: $45 - $60 per person/session.

Online Coaching
If you're an individual who can hold yourself accountable but need some guidance or direction with training, online training might be for you! Personalized programming, weekly check-ins, form corrections, custom macros and more. Minimum 3 month commitment - it takes anywhere from 90-120 days to really start seeing the changes in body composition.
$350/month.
